Euro has risen thanks to easing of the political tension in Europe

This happened on the background of the decreasing political tensions, associated with the forthcoming presidential elections in France. According to the experts, the movement of the European Central Bank to "hawkish positions" is also contributes to the Euro strengthening.
On Monday, March 20, the debates involving five candidates for the French presidency were held. As a debate result, Emmanuel Macron and Francois Fillon were the most convincing. Emmanuel Macron said that he intends to continue a closely work with European partners, not getting closer to Russia. As a result, during the voting, he was supported by 25% of respondents. Francois Fillon became a leader of the survey, 37% of respondents had voted for him. At the same time the position of Marine Le Pen, who advocates France's withdrawal from the EU, was supported by only 16% of respondents.
