China is opposed to trade wars with the USA
On the Wednesday's press conference, the Prime Minister of China Li Keqiang said that Beijing isn't interested in waging a trade war with the United States. Li called Washington for negotiations, which must settle the disputed issues between the two countries.
The Prime Minister of China said that China is opened to the outside world and intends to focus on the development of free trade as the most important part of the world economy globalization. In addition, Li hopes that the United States will continue to recognize the position of "one China," according to which Taiwan is a part of China.
During the press conference, Li Keqiang said that Beijing doesn't intend to reduce the yuan exchange rate for the exports stimulation. This statement once again denied Trump's accusations about the deliberate national currency devaluation by China.
